Florens Rosé
Alcohol: 12,5% ABV
Varietal: Teran, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 C
Matured in oak barrels: /
In Sylvis Florens Rosé is an aromatic and attractive semidry wine that we make by approaching the red grapes as if they were white: by mulching, crushing, and pressing without maceration. The wine is a beautiful pink color and tastes lively and clean, with freshness of Teran but lots of fruity sweetness at the end. Hence the name of this wine, Florens, that means floral and spring and corresponds to its fluttering scent. If you're a fan of delicate wines, you'll love In Sylvis Florens Rosé. It pairs wonderfully with salats, white meat, fish, or light desserts, and provides a gentle refreshment in the summer.
